This delicious smoothie bowl recipe is a super simple and healthy breakfast alternative and a great way to start the day, energised and refreshed!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk (light or full)
To serve:
- 1 banana
- desiccated coconut
- oat flakes
- chocolate sprinkles
Method:
1. Put the raspberries and the milk in a blender, and blend until smooth
2. To serve, pour the raspberry mixture into a bowl and top it off with slices of banana, desiccated coconut, oat flakes and chocolate sprinkles
