Our Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Here is our raspberry smoothie recipe. Make it with friends on a hot day or for a healthy weekend breakfast! This recipe serves 3.

Ingredients: 
  • 120g frozen or semi-thawed raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons of ice cream
  • 300ml of low fat milk
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer or bowl.
2. Using a blender or stick mixer, blend until it is smooth.
3. Pour into 3 glasses. You can add fresh raspberries for serving.
