Ingredients:
- 120g frozen or semi-thawed raspberries
- 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of ice cream
- 300ml of low fat milk
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer or bowl.
2. Using a blender or stick mixer, blend until it is smooth.
3. Pour into 3 glasses. You can add fresh raspberries for serving.
